Where This Started

A Simple Observation

Many training programs focus on effort. Few spend equal time on rest. Vacaju began as a response to that imbalance: a series built around the idea that recovery deserves the same attention as activity itself.

The program does not promote a single method or product. Instead, it presents general information about sleep cycles, energy patterns, and recovery signals so learners can apply it to their own circumstances.

What Guides This Work

Principles Behind the Series

Educational First

Every lesson is written to inform, not to sell a particular routine or product.

Balance Over Intensity

We frame activity and rest as partners, not opposing forces competing for time.

Individual Pacing

No two schedules look the same. Content is written to adapt to different routines.

Plain Language

Concepts from sleep science are explained without unnecessary jargon.

Who Builds This

A Small, Focused Team

Vacaju is developed by a small group with backgrounds in wellness education and content design. The team reviews general research on sleep and recovery, then works to present it clearly for a broad audience.

We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and welcome questions about the content through our contact page. We do not offer individualized coaching or medical consultations.
